In the first room we had cocroaches!! room was quickly changed to the other one, brekfast was identical everyday and wasnt very tasty. I have experienced better standard for this price

Very bad experience of not being accepted and wanted by workers

the behavoir of staff.we were visitors from Africa and the reception all the way was anti us.We were shocked. We have travelled the world over and our conclusion was that Africans are not wanted.Rooms lady was very rude.Sheets were not changed .Floors remained the same and were dirty.Toilet paper at times would not be provided.You would beg the lady who was anti us and did not even want to look at us' One would ask whether or not there are supervisors and or managers.At one stage I thought were in apartheid South Africa before 1994. Reception ladies were as rude as the rooms lady'One of them had no time for us as we communicated with her while in a taxi from airpot.The driver was lost and we used the driver s cell phone to try to clarify where we were but the lady had no interest'We had had a 10 hour flight to South Korea and the people there were too wonderful '

Very dirty, dark and old hotel

Location is great

Shower rooms are terribly dirty, not enough lights in the room as well as the corridor, lobby is messy, some room are having gasoline smell. On this trip we have rented total 7 rooms for my family and this experiences that I mentioned are based on that 7 rooms experience being in J two S hotel for 4 nights.

Except cockroaches, all good

I would have given 10/10, but sleeping with cockroaches was very uncomfortable, the location is good, everyday housekeeping comes to clean the room.

Cockroaches all over the room, toilet broken and same breakfast every day.

What was the highlight of J Two S Pratunam Hotel

I was expecting better of the hotel but it was quite ok.

The room was equipped with a safety deposit box and a balcony as well. Breakfast was included in the package, entailed a fair variety of food options. There is a Tours & Travel Agent stationed at the Hotel's reception.

The hotel is quite a distance from the main/Petchburi road. Upon checking in, I was bombarded to pay the entire amount accommodation amount. The room was sprawling with cockroaches. I checked out way before due time to head for a tour and upon return in the evening, my request to have a shower before heading to the airport was completely denied.

Hotel only just ok. Maybe 4 out of 10.

Bed was comfortable . Overall cleanliness was very good.

Shower area too small. Shower head no good. Bare live electric wires near socket. Very dangerous! I was told that butter would be available at breakfast. It was actually cheap margarine! Yuk. Bedroom furniture was tired. Did not have any tea or coffee making facilities in bedroom. The Booking.com website gave me the impression that 2 adults and 1 child could stay in one room for 1000 baht per night. When we arrived we were told that an extra bed would be an extra 500 baht per night. We decided to move two single beds together where 3 of us were comfortable. Obviously we didn't pay the extra 500 baht.

No electric kettle in the room.

No electric kettle in the room. We were in 8th floor and had to climb down upto G/floor lobby to take hot water form public plasc. Its funny early in the morning or in mid night!! TV in room was useless for forigners, as they were all connected only to local channels.

1. It’s located near the night market which I can find lots...

1. It’s located near the night market which I can find lots of delicious Thai food. 2. Walk distance to BTS & ARL. 3. The staff were very helpful. 4. Comfy bed except the blanket.

When I first enter the room, I saw so disappointed because the room was so different from the picture displayed in Booking.com. In-room phone and remote control for an air con didn’t work so I have to climb up the chair to press the turn-on button. I couldn’t lock the door by automatic keycard system. Although I can ask the receptionist to fix all dissatisfied things I’ve mentioned, but why don’t you prepare your facilities to be ready for the guests before the arrival.

Value for Money & Good Location

It is a budget hotel, recommended to stay & really worth it to pay & the walking distance to Pratunam market is only about 300m & Platinum mall 500m. Easy to find the hotel location by public transport

The breakfast selection reasonable with the package price. The only concern is the menu cycle. You should change different menu for each day, especially for long stay guest, so they wont feel bored for the same menu. Others are acceptable

The location is very convienience for shopping.

Don't provide daily use things such as toothbrush. About the cleaning: there are a lot of insect inside the room (i think small of cockroach). I requested for late check out (until 1.00pm)as our flight in the afternoon they asked for me 600bht for extra.
